Job Description
Part of the Digital Marketing & Campaigns team, the Digital Mktg Campaigns Exec helps to support the APAC & Japan team’s digital marketing execution plans and provides operational support for all marketing activities.
- Helps support the team’s digital execution plans and digital marketing communications – able to streamline complex ideas and adapting content across digital channels for stakeholder consideration.
- Use SEO/SEM/Social/Email marketing automation tools such as Sprinklr, Eloqua.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and work closely with the APAC team to formulate go-to-market B2B marketing strategies.
- Work with global shared services team for launching integrated campaign elements (e-mails, list requests/segmentation, landing pages and data uploads).
- Web content management for content engagement & prospecting supporting Search strategy (SEO & SEM – Google Ads) liaising with global and international web teams
- Involved in asset creation for O.com website, Paid search google ads, social, webinars across 6 domain-specific solution areas for banking & insurance audience.
- In charge of the creation of our monthly external customer communications eNewsletter, growing our subscriber base & distribution to 12, 000 target audience.
- Need to multi-task, meet urgent deadlines from high volume of requests for digital copy-writing, copy-editing.
Provides support to digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Assists on creation of online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Assists with conducting basic application of statistics-based market intelligence to business issues. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
