The below opening is for a Digital Marketing Specialist within the Global Demand Center team in Corporate Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage communications campaigns delivery in Eloqua, Oracle’s eMailing system
- Review and refine communications content, create or update HTMLs
- Segment contact distribution lists from Oracle databases/ systems
- Support teams to define and deliver their communication plans
- Advise on modern marketing digital communication practices
- Optimize the combination of content, format and channel
- Ensure integration with other lines of business and regions for consistent messaging
- Work with the relevant teams to ensure Oracle marketing policy is applied
- Track, analyse and report email campaign results
- Create and manage campaign codes in Oracle Applications
- Liase with regional and global stakeholders on process, procedure and best practices
- Create event registration pages and manage their communications plans
- Ensure consistency with Oracle branding and the partner communications strategy
- Handle Oracle online content management system for posting content (e.g. images, materials)
- Process improvements & innovation
- Coordination and execution of awareness campaigns
- Project co-management / coordination together with the project owner
- Issue resolution / escalation
- Contribution, suggestions and feedback to management
- Regular reporting to manager and close follow-up with project owners on the project’s schedule, activity tracking, issues, achievements
- Ad Hoc reporting at Management request
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent command of English (speaking, phone, email); written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred HTML editing tools experience (Dreamweaver, CSS)
- At ease with new applications / tools
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload, shift timelines and work under pressure
- Solid time management
- Ability to identify improvement points and proactively propose ideas / new options to the manager
- Ability to build and maintain a strong network with various requesters, projects contributors and teams

- Ability to identify and understand important issues and escalate to management

Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Provides support to digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Assists on creation of online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Assist in translating ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertizing and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies basic application of statistics-based market intelligence to business issues. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.
Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
