Manager – Digital Campaign Services team
The Digital Marketing Support Manager assists the
EMEA and JAPAC Oracle Digital Demand Generation team in achieving its business
goals. Position operates across several of the EMEA and JAPAC countries.
SCOPE\:
· Proven
leader who hires and motivates a team of ~11 multilingual Digital Marketers.
The team is responsible for delivering large simultaneous Digital Campaigns on
an ongoing basis in various languages.
· Individual
with in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, and, specifically,
Market Automation technologies and platforms
· Engages
with other EMEA & JAPAC Digital Demand Generation extended teams, Corporate
Marketing functions and External Agencies
· Report
to the Manager for EMEA Digital Campaign Services
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES\:
· Excellent
people manager with the ability to attract and retain a talented team
· Able
to manage and coordinate project work in a structured and coherent way
· Responsible
for monitoring and managing Digital workflow on multiple concurrent large
campaigns
· Assure
the availability of the resources, equable resource distribution and a balanced
workload for the team members
· Based
on his/her strong Digital Marketing background, the successful candidate will
be able drive continuous improvement on the speed/quality of execution and
identify potential risks to the business.
· Contributes
to the professional development of the team members, involving them in the
necessary activities, trainings and offering the specific support.
· Build
strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure digital assets are
delivered to deadlines and act as point of escalation
· Stays
up-to-date with “what’s hot” in Digital Marketing to be able to advise his/her
stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS\:
· Previous
digital marketing experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
· Fluent
English is a must
· Good
interpersonal and communication skills
· Very
well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask
· Good
attention to detail
· Customer
and results oriented
· Flexibility
to operate in a matrix structure with a good level of business engagement
experience
· Very
good computer skills (MS Office, especially Word)
!|!Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization*s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.
Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. BA/BS degree preferred.
