Position Summary:

 

Bentley is seeking a Director of Product Portfolio Management to help formulate strategic plans that will drive growth and profitability across its portfolio of infrastructure engineering software. As part of the product strategy team, your primary objective will be to help product executives maximize the strategic impact of product development investments.

 

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

• Manage the product organization’s strategic planning and portfolio analysis processes, author plans and financial models, and deliver presentations.
• Work closely with product executives and business leaders to identify and validate priorities for value creation across the product portfolio, synthesize insights, and help set direction.
• Develop strategies and implementation plans based on analysis of financial and operational data as well as market, industry, and competitive intelligence.
• Drive alignment with corporate growth objectives, help product executives create clarity, and gain buy-in across organizational boundaries.
• Monitor and measure ongoing strategic impact.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

• 4+ years of post-MBA experience in a top-tier strategy consulting or investment firm.
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial outlook.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to solve multi-faceted business problems.
• Well-honed communication and influencing skills, and a facility to work with C-level and senior executives across cultures.
• Self-assurance to challenge and be challenged, comfortable both leading and supporting.
