We are looking for Dispatcher to join our iSeries Team. If you are self-motivated person with a positive can-do attitude, this is the opportunity for you. We are providing technical support to French clients by working with incidents, problem and change management.

As a dispatcher you will be dealing with:

• preparing daily reports,
• dispatching tasks (incidents, service requests, changes, tasks, apars noncompliance issues),
• assigning tasks to resources,
• monitoring progress of these tasks,
• taking care about SLA’s per Customer
• working with Project Managers to fulfil demand and optimize use of staff.
