2. Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing distributors and recruits potential new distribution partners while coaching assigned distributors enabling them to close sales

3. Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including technical, regulatory and marketing support while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term business plan for assigned BU/area

2. Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio, how it addresses customer needs and how it compares to competitor offerings

3. In-depth understanding of BU strategy and business model, medical devices industry and competitive landscape of assigned area

4. Leverages deep distributor partner knowledge to expand relationships

5. Expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business

7. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
