Job purpose:

1. Ensure project E&I construction and commissioning

2. Manage all the E&I contractors work on site

3. Evaluate the Change orders of E&I

4. Ensure the E&I equipment in-coming quality and installation

Key challenges (in first 6 – 12m):

1. Review all the preliminary and detailed design of E&I disciplines, and follow all the modifications.

2. Review E&I contractor’s construction plan, and give professional advice.

3. Help the project manager to manage expense on E&I construction.

4. Visit critical E&I vendors to ensure their fabrication plan and suggest modification.

Core Responsibilities:

? Coordinate the construction execution among construction vendors, design institute, and Jianli;

? Review and approve the construction drawings of E&I disciplines;

? Monitor all the equipment quality by point testing;

? Discuss with Vendors and design institute on necessities of changes; help project managers to manage change orders volume in total.

? Goes into details of E&I rack construction, cable mounting, High& low voltage cabinet installations, be responsible for the quality control.

? Review E&I construction progress, and make correction and catchup actions in case of any delay and mistakes.

? Help project manager to ensure the payment according to construction progress.

? Organize the loop testing of all the instrument and PLC/DCS.

? Organize the SAT of E&I equipments.

? Participate the commissioning work.

? Make sure a smooth handing over between project and plant team after commissioning.

Experience:

1. 5+ years of relevant industry management experience

2. 1+ years’ experience as project team leader ( preferred)

Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):

？ Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

1. Bachelor Degree (minimum)

2. English ability is stressed, Level CET4 (minimum for specific demand), CET6 or higher is preferred

3. Relevant leadership training course (preferred)

？ E&I Capability:

1. At least 2 projects experience on chemical project construction.
