Job Description

Oracle is looking for an Oracle e-business Suite consultant who will be responsible for implementing end-to-end solutions for accounts receivable, receipts and sales orders.
You must be able to understand the customer's need, evaluate the functional aspect of the project, design the technical details of the implementation, implement and support our customers after the implementation is delivered.
You are also expected to help other colleagues by supporting other customers using the Oracle E-business Suite, helping them solve problems encountered in the day-to-day use of order to cash solutions. Knowledge of MySql Database, Developer, Integration and ERP Cloud order to cash/billing will be considered a differential.
As part of the advanced customer support team, you will be the voice of the customer within our company, assisting with technical analysis of issues and problems, advising on best practices, interacting with product managers and engineers to discuss issues and propose solutions. , assist customers who implement fixes and develop new solutions when necessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
Be the focal point and act as the voice of the customer for issues, understanding customer needs and resolving customer needs in a timely manner
Be able to lead the functional implementation of projects from purchases to payment at the customer.
Develop integrations using ODI, SOA and Oracle e-business Suite connectors.
Design and implement entry and tracking forms for various tasks and phases in accounts receivable, receipt planning, inventory, and sales.
Design and implement approval flows for purchasing approval and associative hierarchies.
Install, configure, tune and patch Oracle E-business Suite environments.
Migrate existing on-premises Oracle e-Business Suite deployments to Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, with adjustments as needed
Required Skills/Experiences:
Oracle e-business Suite planning skills as well as technical interest
Data integration, loading and data extraction to/from a variety of systems
Financial and Accounting Knowledge
Knowledge in purchasing and materials
Linux and Windows operating systems
More than three years of experience in project implementation or full support
Management reporting development skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
Teamwork and ability to work with global teams is expected
Desired Skills:
Log analysis and tuning of OnPremisses applications
Knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira
Strong ITIL knowledge
IaaS cloud knowledge like Oracle OCI
Clear understanding of a SaaS subscription and management

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving extremely complex (often previously unknown), critical customer issues. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management. Further, the Advisory Systems Engineer is sought by customers and Oracle employees to provide expert technical advice.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Because of substantial customer interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction. Both a Bachelor*s and Master*s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 8 years related experience prior to taking this position. In addition, experience with Oracle*s core products, applications, and tools.
