Job Description
管理并提高工厂的EHS，使其符合当地和全球公司的法律法规要求，同时满足或超过SEA审核需求。
Managing and improving the EHS of plant, complying with local and global request of law, rules and regulations. Meeting or exceeding the request of SEA audit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1、根据当地及COTY 相关法律法规的要求，建立和完善公司的EHS 体系，并不断提高，使其符合中国的法律法规和COTY全球的EHS要求
Establishing and continuously improving EHS system on site according to local and global law, rules and regulations.
2、追踪并提高EHS的KPI，有策划全厂安全活动经验, 当发生异常，能迅速进行分析并改进
Tracking and boosting EHS KPI, Analyzing and taking measures to improve when EHS deviation, need to have safety activity experience. 3、对公司相关部门和员工进行EHS 培训,提高员工EHS意识
Training the relevant departments and operators with EHS system, skills and knowledge, enhancing the staff’s awareness of EHS.
4、对接并接待相应的监管部门，与监管部门保持良好的关系
Connecting and receiving the supervision departments, Keeping the good relationship with supervision body as the liaison person.
5、配合第三方审核，无EHS 关键问题。定期对公司EHS 的体系进行回顾并对公司内部进行审核，对审核中发生的问题进行跟踪改进
Cooperating the third party audit, no threshold and critical issues. Reviewing and internal auditing EHS system regularly, following up the corrective actions and preventive actions when needed.
6、熟悉安全管理内容，负责对总部的系统更新和例行会议。
Familiar with the safety management such as BOS, hazard tour, QRP, LOTO etc. Be charge of the HQ’s system operation and meeting.
7、定期组织会议，对公司日常的EHS 工作进行监督、改进
Conducting and organizing the EHS meeting regularly, reviewing the EHS performance, daily monitoring the EHS system operation.
8、策划并实施每年演习
Formulating and implementing the fire drill annually
9、对第三方供应商或施工方进行EHS 监管
Supervising the behaviors of the vendors and suppliers, and training them if needed.
10、领导安排的其他工作
Other works that the superior assigned.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
1、本科及以上学历，安全、消防或环境保护专业； 有国家安全工程师证书优先
Bachelor or above, the major is safety、firefighting or environmental protection , possessing the certificate of national safety engineer is perfect.
2、熟悉中国EHS 相应的法律法规
Familiar with the law, rules and regulations of China Environmental ,Health, Safety.
3、较好的中文和英语读、写、听
Good at oral, writing, listening in both Mandarin and English.
3、在EHS 方面有5年以上的工作经验,有组织过全厂安全活动
Occupying three years or above of EHS working experience，have operated safety activity experience.
4、能熟练操作Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint软件
Seasoned in operating of office software as Word ,Excel and PowerPoint etc.
