Job Description

The EMEA Applications Enablement Project Lead is responsible for designing and driving the enablement, on a programmatic way, as well as collecting enablement needs from the ecosystem, for both onboarding and continuous enablement.

An amazing opportunity awaits to design and orchestrate the enablement journeys with the ecosystem focusing on faster time to sales execution, employee experience and knowledge acquisition.

Main responsibilities:

·Leads the cross-functional efforts for collecting, designing and delivering onboarding and continuous enablement journeys across EMEA Apps
·Provides tactical support to help engage ASRs, FLMs and stakeholders
·Works with EMEA Leadership, HR, OTD, OSPA, Pillar and Ops
·Collects enablement needs across Sales and Pillar Leadership for ASRs and FLMs for EMEA Apps
·Deliver and orchestrate enablement journeys to ASRs and FLMs  (onboarding/continuous enablement) in collaboration with OSPA and others for consistency and quality
·Is responsible for enablement support (landing page, slack, office hours)
·Drives continuous improvement for enablement based on feedback
·Defines communication plan for Enablement
·Responsible to share best practices and drive a consistent governance model
·Manages and co-ordinates cross LOB’s resources
·Ensures consistent messaging and reporting up to leadership
 
Skills and experience
 
·Previous experience as a program or senior project manager
·Ability to work effectively with and through a matrix and a virtual organisation, requiring management through
influencing, based upon trust and leadership skills
·Successful track record leading transformational and international SaaS transformation projects
·Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
·Ability to facilitate meetings, capture minutes and action items, and drive to-dos to completion
·Excellent presentation and communication skills in English both spoken and written
 

 

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.
