We are looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer to harness this unique opportunity: Developing the Oracle Talent Network and support our TA team in identifying strong candidates.

 

Primary job duties are working with the regional recruitment team you will build and manage the pipeline of qualified candidates by utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including our database, internet search engines, job boards, social media networks and other networking resources. You will support the Talent Acquisition Consultants in the EMEA region by ensuring an access to a prequalified pool of candidates and continuous pipeline development activities for recurrent hiring needs.

What you will do

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting activity & administration by getting to know the industry and applying knowledge of the marketplace to source qualified candidates for open positions
  • Leverage and maintain internal and external candidate databases for the sourcing and tracking of leads and candidates
  • Help to leverage our employer brand through targeted social media activity

 

Line of Business Engagement

  • Be the point of contact for the TA on occasion
  • Work with Hiring team to book interviews (if required)
  • Support hiring managers with processing internal offers where the candidate is already identified
  • As you progress you may be asked to handle internal recruitment, screening / sending internal applicants and helping the Hiring manager process any offers
  • Attend briefing calls to learn what the hiring team are looking for and how to identify the skills and experience needed

 

Candidate Engagement

  • Written and or phone approaches to candidates who may be suitable for roles TA are hiring
  • Take candidate feedback on occasion
  • Send interview preparation documents if required
  • Assist with screening internal and external candidates
  • Support candidates with applications, CVs and general information needed to enter a recruitment process

Develops, implements, and/or maintains employment and other recruiting programs. Assists recruiting management in setting the college campus strategy for the identification, recruitment and qualification of college hires. May interview and screen entry level applicants in other areas.

Join an industry leader in assisting with setting the strategy for college campus recruiting. Work closely with Oracle management to identify internal hiring needs. Will interface with Oracle*s iRecruitment web tool to support recruiting programs. Close candidate interviews and determine candidate expectations. Formulate offer package. May conduct reference checks. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records. Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for senior management.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Travel as needed (minimal). Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience.
