This role will be responsible for all aspects of the EPM financial system implementation. The ideal candidate will be well versed in best practices from both a technology and business process perspective. Assignments may also include participating in Delivery cycles through customer conversations, development of sales proposals and estimates, creation and delivery of EPM presentations

 

• 5-7 years of Oracle Hyperion and Oracle EPM Cloud solution implementation in medium to large accounts; Familiar with Oracle TCM implementation methodology.
• With strong technical and functional configuration skills in Oracle EPM solutions, including but not limiting to solutions for Planning and Budgeting, Group Consolidation and Reporting, Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting, Disclosure Management, Data Integration using ODI, FDMEE and Data Management, etc. 
• Candidates should have good business and accounting knowledge to lead requirement and design workshops with both finance and IT team. 
• Good writing and presentation skills and be able to lead/support business development activities such as proposal writing, solution presentation, proof of concept solution demonstration and scoping validation workshops.
• Mentor to junior consultants and offshore project team members. Project Management skill/experience is the added advantage

Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
