As a recognized expert in ERP Finance &/ or Supply Chain, having gained valuable experience in related senior functional roles within organisations, successful incumbents will build relationships with Finance &/ or Supply Chain professionals to help generate demand for exploring Oracle SaaS applications as the technology enabler for organizational transformation. Leading a team relentlessly focused on increasing the number of Oracle ERP Cloud customers across their Region, incumbents make a significant contribution to the pipeline required to deliver challenging regional sales targets. Prioritising direct support for net new logos, the team will also support the conversion of current Oracle customers using on premise solutions, and expanding the scope of support for customers already using Oracle cloud services.
Key Activities:
1.Develop and own the Go to Market Strategy for the Region
2.Develop and oversee execution of associated Demand Generation activities to create and progress pipeline, qualifying leads to meet pipeline targets
3.Provide expertise throughout the customer journey and establish their role as a trusted business partner for the customer and the sales teams– from demand generation, product evaluation and sale
4.Develop and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and prospective customers
5.Maintain relationship and alignment to the priorities of the Regional Sales Leader and their teams
6.Build and maintain effective partner relationships, advising them on go-to-market plans, leveraging partner insights and identifying strengths for working together
7.Partner with Regional and local marketing teams to develop and execute Customer focused Marketing content and campaigns that have Industry, Regional and Country relevance to drive demand generation
8.Collaborate to deliver value adding activities with the other supporting functions including Client Engagement and Customer Success
9.Monitor the progression and conversion of pipeline to sale. Track and analyse progress against targets and identify areas for continuous improvement
10.As an Oracle leader, engage immediate team to motivate, develop and retain great people. Work across the pillar and wider business sponsoring talented people to hire and retain the workforce of the future.
11.Identify opportunities for x-Pillar deals and collaborate with other Pillar teams putting the customer first

Manages, through other managers, a team of business development representatives for a territory/region. The team is actively and frequently customer facing, providing the value proposition to business or org leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of the oracle solution. Provides operations management of lead qualification functions. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and makes hiring decisions. Manages budget.
Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Strong leadership skills. Strong Oracle product knowledge. BA/BS preferred. Experience managing staff. Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Able to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
