Oracle EMEA Consulting Overview

The Oracle ERP SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud Solutions for our clients.  Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client.  The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results. The ERP team is responsible for consulting on Oracle ERP Finance Cloud, Oracle ERP Procurement Cloud, Oracle ERP Projects Cloud, and Oracle ERP SCM Cloud.

Role

We are looking for a Consultant who has an understanding of solutions, business processes, and technology design within the finance domain. Preferably the consultant has gained his or her knowledge of financial processes and the implementation of ERP systems by working with applications other than Oracle Cloud or EBS. Experience with SAP FICO is therefore an advantage. The Consultant will be part of the ERP Benelux team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization. In this position you are responsible for implementing the ERP Finance cloud solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

·         You will work on projects and step by step acquire autonomy on projects;

·         You will support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the Financial Cloud products and related business;

·         You will work with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs.

·         You will work closely with other departments, like Consulting Sales, License Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success Management and Product Development.

·         You will design and document solutions to automate financial business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP.

Candidates profile

 ·         Master or Bachelor degree in Business Economics, Financial Management and or Business Administration.

·         Experience in working with ERP Finance Systems and or Consulting on ERP Systems other than Oracle Cloud or EBS, preferably SAP.

·         Knowledge of Oracle products will be useful though not essential;

·         A 3-5 years of working experience in a finance implementation consulting role.

·         High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation

·         Interest in technology and strong communication skills

·         Ability to travel as needed.

·         Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;

·         Self starting / entrepreneurial mindset

·         Willing to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist team wherever needed

·         Good organization and time management skills

!|!Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
