Job Description

Oracle’s Best-in-Class Enterprise ERP/EPM products provide end-to-end solutions with mobile optimization through Cloud deployments. To strengthen Oracle’s position as a market leader, we are looking for an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to provide leadership expertise in Finance solutions tied to Oracles suite of products spanning finance and budgeting solutions.

 

This highly rewarding role will offer the opportunity for you to leverage your knowledge and skills within ERP and work in unison with Oracle’s best sales executives, solving complex customer problems and translating customer requirements – a critical role in driving the continued success of Oracle’s Enterprise ERP Applications in North America.

 

What you can expect in this job\:

Ø  Manage and further develop a team of 7/8 high-performing sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.

Ø  Support team in selling Oracle ERP/EPM/Supply Chain SaaS solutions to some of Oracles Top 100 Strategic Enterprise accounts including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.

Ø  Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Build working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.

Ø  Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.

Ø  Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis.

Ø  Manage escalation.

Ø  Conduct weekly progress meetings with sales team.

What you bring to the table\:

Ø  5 years Software/SaaS/Cloud Applications Sales Management experience with preference for ERP/EPM or Supply Chain

Ø  History of hitting and exceeding quotas

Ø  Demonstration of effective pipeline activity and hygiene

Ø  Managed strategic sales force and expertise in managing to scale

Ø  Comfort and experience in large, matrix organizations where collaboration was essential to success

Ø  Expertise in people development with demonstrable results

Ø  Fundamental knowledge of how and why customers use the ERP suite products and competitive landscape

Ø  You have developed strong relationships with customers who share their successes with other prospects.

Ø  You are known at industry events by actively networking and sharing your story - for us it will be the Oracle ERP Story

Ø  Bachelors or Advanced Degree preferred

Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
