ERPM Sales Germany

Job Requirements\:
Primary job duty is to sell EPM, ERP and SCM SaaS solutions and related services to prospective customers.
We are seeking a passionate and talented Application Sales Rep to join our ERPM team in Germany.
We are looking for people who have collected first experiences in a sales role with an ambition to develop into a sales responsibility for the cloud leading company Oracle around EPRM applications. If you do have first experiences in selling or using cloud applications let us know!
If you have already sales experience we are also looking for entrepreneurial-style Application Sales Representatives for Oracle’s ERPM Sales team... people with drive, passion and enthusiasm. This role is perfect for someone inherently curious. A person who loves what they do and devours information related to their field, their profession and their craft. They read about it, study it, talk to other people about it... immerse themselves in it, continuously. And work proactively to stay current in it.
Within the first year this might be focused around a specific topic area (e.g. Modern Finance, Modern Manufacturing, Modern Logistics, Modern Supply Chain). Any kind of Industry expertise (e.g. automotive, industrial manufacturing, retail, services, financial services, transportation) will be helpful but not a prerequisite. If you bring business process knowledge as a background would be a positive attribute for your profile (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management & Fulfillment, Warehouse Management). Also, knowledge around innovational topics alike IoT, Robotics Process Automation, Advanced or Artificial Intelligence are areas of Interest
This role will either be based on a personal owned white-space territory or it might be defined as an overlay role in collaboration with an experienced Application Sales Representative within the Oracle ERPM applications organization.
Ideal Profile\:
• Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent and/or at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience
• Successful sales track record
• Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts
• Oracle Applications knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors in the ERP space
• Personality to interact with C-level executives
• Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
• Experience selling into a specific industry
• Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
• Ambitioned hunting skills (new business)
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis
Primary Responsibilities\:
• Managing sales cycles through the whole customer journey
• Understand the Oracle Cloud Strategy and our ERPM Cloud Solution Portfolio
• Sell our most complete ERPM SaaS solutions portfolio to high quality accounts in the Enterprise, Mid-Market Segments, and promising venture-backed companies
• Generate, develop and close new business.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Call on senior-level executive contacts (CMO, CEO, CFO, VP Sales)
• Account strategy and planning within the assigned territory
• Allocation, coordination and management of resources
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
• Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Additional Details\:
• Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
• Work with our wider Applications Sales team to prospect new accounts and develop relationships efficiently.
• Work in a team environment with account managers to retain and grow accounts
• Create and manage territory and account plans.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
• Leading contributor individually and as a team member
• Providing direction and mentoring to others
Skills & Experience Required\:
• Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business
• Know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
• Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and teaching to customer’s pain points
• Can quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer’s business and discuss issues from multiple angles
• You keenly track economic and industry activity and understands its implications on customer business
• You know how to develop customer advocates who sell and build consensus
• You understand the decision-making process and can influence key decision makers
• Experience selling high end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies
• Experience leveraging social media to drive contacts and leads / opportunities
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 3 or more years of sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with Bachelor degree or equivalent.
