This role is part of our Employer Brand Creative team that’s responsible for ensuring the Oracle employer brand personality and values are tangibly expressed across all candidate marketing channels. You’ll deliver value and impact through compelling content development, flexible messaging frameworks, and creative copy in support of a range of candidate communications.

 

Partnering with international employer branding leads and creative team members, you’ll work to break new ground in brand storytelling through creative marketing campaigns.

 

What you’ll do

  • Put yourself in candidates’ shoes to write compelling job descriptions 
  • Translate technical language into aspirational value propositions that will excite candidates
  • Develop content for a variety of channels including social, web, blog, print, video, etc.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive brand voice that aligns with our brand persona
  • Work with team members to plan and strategize marketing solutions to complex business needs
  • Review, edit, and write all candidate-facing content
  • Interview business stakeholders to reveal insights and find the best angle for job descriptions and employee stories
  • Create engaging copy that conveys our employer branding message house in a way that speaks to busy candidates
  • Monitor the social media landscape to ensure our writing style embodies the latest digital trends

 

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in copywriting, social media, advertising, communications, and/or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields
  • Top-class writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Understanding of how to work with and develop content for international teams
  • Ability to identify and challenge any ambiguity that will help you deliver high quality copy
  • You can prioritize and handle multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Previous experience in employer branding/recruitment marketing/ technology is an asset

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.
