In Gothenburg or Lund, we are looking for an "Engagement Owner" (project manager) that will help maintaining Region Skånes current digital healthcare system and lead them into digital change. This is an exciting and developing service where you will have the opportunity to work locally but in an international and developing environment. Your role:

As an Engagement Owner, you will be our client's main contact and work closely with a team of associates for client project objectives. You will have the opportunity to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute project objectives and cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives.

Your key activities will be creating and maintaining project plans based on contractual commitments, and managing project resources, financials and scope according to the project plan and contractual commitments. You will also be managing project risks and escalations as appropriate, managing project milestones and reviewing regularly with both the internal project and external client teams.

You will be joining a team of technicians and other engagement owners based across Sweden and will be based in a dynamic and growing team in central Gothenburg or Lund. Our large European presence also offers opportunities to travel and help support projects in other regions.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.

•  At least 1 year of experience with project management

• Experience of working with Melior and/or Obstetrix is an advantage

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.
