Job Description

• Assist TM manager to monitor, implement and improve process to achieve the KPI target in safety/quality/efficiency/energy and cost.
• Continue to review / study and find out any feasibility of process improvement then to stabilize the process and increase the productivity.
• Implement FORCE activity for efficiency/energy/manufacturing cost improvement to achieve cost reduction target and become the world class manufacturing level.
• Coordinate with other dept. in the mill like a high efficiency work team to arrange the process improvement and maintenance activity.
• Implement and Maintain related QC system/documents and tools as well such as ISO and EWMA.
• Implement the CI / LEAN activity in TM area to improve safety/quality/operation area.
• 大學以上，理工相關科系 (含 造紙、森林、化工等) .
