We are a family of 130 geeks\: Developers, Test Automation Engineers, Technical Writers, UX Designers and Product Managers. With over 20 nationalities all collaborating in one space, we share a start-up culture in an inspiring office in the heart of Barcelona, pursuing innovative ways of building highly scalable solutions.

We love clean code and follow SOLID principles. We implement Agile methodologies. We can proudly say that Scrum actually works here – code reviews, continuous integration, knowledge sharing, training the trainers, release retrospectives, components of gamification…you name it!

About the team

More specifically, we are the Procure-to-pay team. Our mission is to design and implement easy-to-use, scalable, and performing solutions that unleash intelligent management of supply and flexible invoicing and payment capabilities that are vital to a company’s success. We’re the team that helps ensure your favorite gadget is always in stock when you go to buy it. Our solutions help to advance supply-chain collaboration and streamline internal and external business processes and transactions.  We think out of the box and spend a lot of time brainstorming. The greatest and simplest solutions come from group effort. Did you hear about the “travelling salesman” problem? Do you like optimization algorithms? Do you care about performance? Do you value usability? That’s our daily bread.

What we are looking for

Oracle NetSuite Barcelona is looking for a talented technical leader who can anchor a new functional area. A senior engineer who is already leading a team or heading that way would be an ideal candidate. Our goal is to give you a foundation by bringing you in as an individual contributor to learn our technology. This foundation will allow you to naturally grow into a leadership role.

Leaders at Oracle NetSuite Barcelona are expected to still be hands-on and to develop functionality, just as other leaders do. If you are looking for a role where you just decide which framework to use or how to manage employees’ time from a high level, this is probably not the job for you.

Your qualifications & skills

B.S. or Master’s in computer engineering or equivalent

5 years’ software development experience with a proven track record of making technical decisions

5 years’ SQL database experience

5 years’ experience with Java (C# or similar)

Excellent communication skills in English
