Oracle NetSuite Application Field Sales – Industry Account Manager

We are expanding NetSuite sales team in {Singapore} and therefore looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business acumen and exceptional sales ability to join our direct sales team as Application Field Sales – Industry Account Manager

 

To be successful in this role, you must have strong knowledge and Industry solution sales background; Capable to lead C- Suite discussion; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good at multi-task, and be capable to work in a fast paced environment and challenger culture. As an Application Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. If you have proven experience prospecting and exceeding quota, as well as industry expert in any of the following vertical sectors: Retail, NPO, GEH, FSI, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Hospitality — we want you!

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop strategic territory plan for over-achieving annual quota and business growth by over-achieving your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

 

  • You must be capable to drive demand generation with multi-strategy and orchestrate internal and external resource to achieve pipeline generation goal. As Snr Sales Professional, you need to be comfortable and capable to operate fundamental demand generation activity, social selling, as well as leading large scale of demand generation campaign.

 

  • Engage with prospective clients to position Oracle NetSuite solutions via electronic and face-to-face customer meetings; Prospect, consult and sell business application solutions and related services to prospective new industry business customers; Work with your prospects for their business growth, understand their needs and determine how the NetSuite solution can best address their issues; Build successful customer relationship/ partnership; Build success references in Singapore Market

 

  • Capable to maintain Sales forecast accuracy and consistency with in-depth account coverage, deal management and win plan.  Be able to effectively and efficiently use internal system to manage pipeline and forecast.

 

  • Strategic Leadership – leverage and Orchestrate available internal and external resources including business development, solution consulting, professional services, marketing, and management to drive success of GTM and Sales execution with Objective to over-achieve quota.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated success building pipeline, progressing pipeline and wining deals; Be able to think Short – Mid- Long term Market Development.

 

  • Fluent English and Mandarin speaker.

 

  • Tenacious and extremely results driven. You want to be at the top of the leader board and hate losing. We are looking for quota killer, not quota achievers;

 

  • ERP Solutions sales experience is a definite plus;

 

  • Be capable and Experienced selling to C-level executives and senior management;  

 

  • Be eager to learn continuously.

 

  • Someone who has been recognized for his/her performance and received additional responsibilities and/or promotions;

 

  • Very strong communication and presentation skills;

 

  • Mature Emotional Quality, be able to take stress and handle tough business case.

 

  • You care about creating success for your customer and promote them into happy and reference able clients.
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
