Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
与工程师或供应商一起安装并测试设备
Install and test equipments with the engineer & supplier till the acceptance is passed
定期执行维护任务以保证所有的设备都按序工作
Perform the maintenance schedule so that keeping all machines and fixtures in working order
快速且有效的维修有问题的设备和夹具
Repair the broken machines and fixtures with the short time and efficient
和设备工程师一起定义设备和夹具的维护安排以及内容
Define machine and fixture maintenance schedule and content with equipment engineer
和设备工程师一起持续改善设备和夹具的维护安排以及内容
CIP machine and fixture maintenance schedule and content with equipment engineer
协助完成设备的校准
Support to finish the machine calibration task
作为产线TPM成员提升设备使用率降低设备停机时间
As a team member of production line TPM team to responsible increase machine utilization and reduce machine downtime
协助设备工程师解决问题并优化改善
Support EM Equipment Engineer on general affairs in machine trouble-shooting & improvement.
协助设备工程师做预防性维护
Support EM Equipment Engineer on equipment preventive maintenance.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1,College or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering
大专及以上学历，机械、电气工程相关专业
2,1-3 years maintenance & repair experience
1-3年设备维护维修工作经验
3,Familiar with machine principle, defects analysis & maintenance method
熟悉设备原理及常见的故障分析及维修方法
4,Proficient in using Microsoft office software
熟练操作Microsoft office办公软件
5,Good sense of safety and quality, good capability in communication, organization and coordination.
具有较强的安全和质量意识，良好的沟通、组织和协调能力
6,Good dedication and team work spirit, working under high pressure, active and highly motivated
具有良好的敬业和团队精神，能够承受工作压力，工作认真负责
7,Familiar with Seho, Ersa, Inertec soldering machine, Anda, PVA & ASYS UV coating is preferred
熟悉Seho, Ersa, Inertec焊接设备，Anda，PVA 及ASYS UV coating设备优先
