We are looking for an Executive Asistant (Disabled Employee) who will report to Oracle Advances Customer Services, EECIS VP.
RESPONSIBILITIES\:
Deal with hectic and ever changing diary schedules, organizing meetings and rooms at short notice
Dealing with and booking travel arrangements for her direct managers
Arranging group meetings and conferences across the EECIS region as and when required
Preparing letters/documents/reports as requested by her manager at the required corporate standard of Oracle
Assisting other team members as directed and approved by her direct managers
Managing the various administrative and secretarial works, as well as managing the calenders of her direct managers
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\:
Bachelor Degree is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially with PowerPoint and Excel) and various other office products (such as e-mail, Oracle Calender etc.)
Excellent organisation skills are essential
Good communication skills at all levels in Turkish and English
Must be able to work on own initiative and manage own workload
Must be willing to work on a flexible structure at certain times
Approachable team player and be able to use a high level of tact and discretion
