Job Description

We are looking for an Experience Director to join the Strategic Customer Engagement team. The creative strategist is the primary engagement manager on digital opportunities, interfacing directly with clients and has the ability to collaborate with a team of designers, business consultants and solution engineers. 
You will be comfortable putting together value propositions and articulating complicated technology solutions in a simple and intuitive way.  Join us and become the trusted advisor of your clients.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead a group of resources to help customers on their digital transformational journey 
  • Assist Oracle sales force in driving strategic opportunities 
  • Develops and delivers outstanding workshops, presentations and value propositions 
  • Assist Customer CxO / Executives in adopting Human Centric Design and Design Thinking
  • Articulate the value of “blending” standard SaaS solutions with an Innovation Platform to ensure the right fit for the customer 
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders of the team: sales and presales managers, Oracle Consulting, partners, …
  • Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships

 

Required Skills

  • Experience with enterprise technology companies
  • Experience creating value propositions 
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships and trust
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking techniques and workshop facilitation 
  • Collaborate and manage effectively with remote team members
  • Proven experience to lead and co-ordinate teams to work towards a customer-centered outcome
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
  • Knowledge of Oracle products preferred but not essential 
  • Fluency in English
  • Team player and self-motivated
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation.  Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.  Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
