Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities of person taking this position include:
Maintaining a current, comprehensive knowledge of the Export Regulations around dual-use items as well as the policies and practices of government agencies involved in export regulations (in Poland, European Union and US).
Analysing, providing advice and instruction on the impact of export regulations on the day-to-day activities of various functions in company.
Filing export license applications at local Government functions as needed
Conducting internal export compliance reviews and ensuring delivery of export compliance education for the required units.
Interfacing with all levels of the company and government officials as needed
Maintaining and organizing accurate and detailed records
Managing internal or government audit requests

Koordynator d/s Regulacji Kontroli Exportu

Obowiązki osoby zajmującej to stanowisko obejmują:
Utrzymanie aktualnej, kompleksowej wiedzy na temat przepisów eksportowych dotyczących produktów podwójnego zastosowania, a także polityk i praktyk agencji rządowych zajmujących się przepisami eksportowymi (w Polsce, Unii Europejskiej i USA).
Analizowanie, udzielanie porad i instrukcji dotyczących wpływu przepisów eksportowych na codzienne działania poszczególnych działów w firmie.
Składanie wniosków o wydanie pozwoleń eksportowych w lokalnych jednostkach samorządowych w razie potrzeby
Przeprowadzanie wewnętrznych przeglądów zgodności eksportowej i zapewnianie edukacji na temat zgodności eksportowej dla wymaganych jednostek.
W razie potrzeby współpraca ze wszystkimi szczeblami firmy i urzędnikami państwowych
Prowadzenie i porządkowanie dokładnej i szczegółowej dokumentacji
Organizacja audytu wewnętrznego oraz odpowiedzi na zaptyania audytów zewnętrznych

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required skills
Ability to interface with all areas of company's extensive global operations and be able to apply the Export Regulations to current company's activities.
Ability to employ effective problem-solving skills including analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses, lead projects, provide training, conduct reviews and interpret regulations.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Very good English
