Job Description
We are looking for Receptionist who possessed Fluent English for daily operations including phone calls and answering and visitors greeting. Right Candidate should have positive working attitude.

Below is the job description:
  • 電話接聽、訪客接待、會議室管理
General customer service duties, phone call answering, staff, visitors and guests greeting, meeting room and conference facilities management
  • 郵件及快遞收發
Coordinate local and overseas messenger/courier service request
  • 總務及庶務工作協助
管理清潔、機房及設備保養(UPS 空調 alarm) 的廠商
Handle vendor’s invoices and process payment application, update staff phone list

  • 辦公設備及庶務供應管理及採購
Assist in the procurement of supplies and services for the office as required
  • 其他主管交辦事項
Other tasks assigned by Manager
