What are my responsibilities?

•Steering of third parties such as design institute, construction companies and machinery suppliers

指导及监督第三方如设计院、总包商和变压器生产设备供应商的工作

•Coordination of ramp-up activities (especially ensuring continuing production during construction phases)

协调各相关方确保施工阶段的继续生产不受干扰

•Define and align Technical specifications with parties involved and acceptance of machinery

•完成有关变压器生产设备的技术规范确定和合同签署后各个阶段的检查、验收

•Ensure quality of project execution and timely closing of project within budget

确保项目执行质量， 在预算内按照时间节点完成项目

•Coordinate and prepare status reports as well as steering committee meetings

编写项目周、月度状态报告，参加与德国总部中国总部指导委员会定期汇报会议

•Perform General project management tasks in organization and coordination of project team functions etc.

组织协调项目组成员完成工厂扩建项目项目常规及日常管理工作

What do I need to qualify for this job?

•Leadership experience in production/manufacturing business and project management

具有制造业企业生产运营管理及固定资产投资项目管理经验 

•Experience in managing civil works/construction and investment-projects

具有管理土木基建类项目管理经验

•Experience in managing general contractors

具有管理土木基建类总包商的管理经验

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or industrial engineering

具有机械或工程类学士学位及以上学历水平

•Very good English both in oral and in written

具备流利的英语沟通水平
