Job Description

Position summary

This is a China field marketing manager role for digital experience business. The successful candidate will also need to have experience in developing B2B market in China , contributing to business growth by quality execution of campaign and programs. The ideal candidate would have an understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of Adobe's Digital marketing (DMA) solution would be advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Planning : The marketing campaign manager is responsible for driving more awareness and demands of DMA via integrated marketing approach:
  • Campaign Delivery:
    • Develops & delivers project plans and timelines to drive marketing initiatives, events and campaigns in alignment with Adobe’s enterprise marketing and sales strategy for both internal and external clients/customers.
    • Flawless execution of thought leadership and demand generation campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Leverage and localize corporate content assets through copywriting, editing and proofreading support for communications and campaigns.
    • Prepare, share, solicit feedback and revise campaign briefs for marketing initiatives signed off in the marketing strategy and plan.
    • Nurtures relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance success factors/measures for project completion.
    • Communicate plans across cross-functional teams, execute and monitor success.
    • Monitors project & campaign expenses to keep within budget guidelines; works to minimize costs and maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Produces
    • As part of planning process, define measurements of success for each program.
  • CRM / Account Intelligence : Understanding of customer segmentation, targeted personas and account intelligence processes to develop effective segmented communication to ensure relevant content reaches the right audience. Administer processes that ensure database hygiene, accuracy meets business need. Analysis & analytical insight
  • Relationship management : Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with sales teams, marketing team, APAC marketing, and field marketing organization. Respond quickly to requests, work collaboratively to solve marketing problems, and communicate regularly with them.
  • Budget management : Plan, track, and reconcile marketing budgets based on business priority. Track ROI and seek to optimize budget investments for results. Ensure compliance to Adobe policies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B software or a technology related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience required and MBA desirable.
  • Understanding of IT industry; Knowledge of Adobe products desirable.
  • Strong attention to details—accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution
  • Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups, sales organizations, and operations.
  • Very positive working attitude and eager to learn and grow
  • Able to work under minimum instruction and be proactive
  • Strong business minded
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
