The Oracle marketing team plays a key role in driving growth for Oracle technology cloud, and consequently is looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic and creative marketing specialist for Russia reporting into the marketing director for this region. You will use the most up to date techniques while being part of an inspiring team of dynamic and passionate marketers. You have the possibility to work in an international context as a leader and key influencer who partners effectively with sales, marketing and alliances and channel colleagues. You will be responsible for driving and improving the number of quality leads and pipeline growth in Russia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan.
You should be an experienced, independent thinking field marketing professional with a solid understanding of the end-to-end marketing funnel, B2B sales cycles, and all aspects of B2B marketing and marketing technologies. This role demands a self-motivated, energetic and analytical marketer with a love of technology and business who is used to working under their own initiative.

Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the planning, management and execution of measurable Oracle technology marketing plans in Russia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan.
· Manage a portfolio of marketing activities including virtual & face-to-face events and digital marketing programs to budget and target, as agreed with the regional marketing director, including negotiating terms with vendors, processing contracts and purchase orders, setting program parameters and targets, ensuring accurate lead capture and import, and monitoring follow up cycles with sales.
· Monitor, analyze and report on performance of each campaign and communicate results and plan for improvement; check lead quality and sales follow-up, and action timely if required.
· Act as a key partner and subject matter expert to the sales teams, keep them updated and gather their feedback and input for future campaigns.
· Work closely with the sales teams to optimize the marketing budget, creating sales opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications:
The role reports into the Marketing Director for CIS and will be based in Moscow, Russia.
· Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing or related field
· 1 - 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales within a corporate environment, preferably within cloud computing
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Attention to detail as well as the bigger picture, follow-through and deadline compliance
· Strong project planning and execution skills, with strong sense of project ownership
· Working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures

As a marketing specialist in field marketing, you will be able to further establish Oracle’s brand as cloud supplier and to generate sales leads and pipeline through marketing campaigns.

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
