Finance Manager, Ads Marketing

Job Description
Ads is one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses. We are seeking a Finance Manager to support our efforts to generate worldwide Ads demand while helping Amazon sellers leverage our global advertising solutions to optimize sales of their products all over the world. This role will partner with the Ads APAC Marketing org across its full funnel of Marketing activities. If you enjoy using analytical skills to shape strategy and influence revenue-driving initiatives from concept to full-scale operations, this role will be a perfect match.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to strategize and analyze business growth opportunities, and lead the financial modelling to support business reviews.
• Help identify, invent, forecast, and evaluate metrics used to understand the health of the business and drive improvement via high-visibility business goals.
• Support return-on-investment analysis by defining, measuring, and forecasting revenue attributable to Marketing programs and initiatives.
• Manage and execute projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and clear communication of insights and recommendations.
A day in the life
Many assignments will be ambiguous and require an independent, intellectually curious individual with good judgement who can frame situations through multiple lenses including the advertising customer, the Ads business owner, and the financial investor. The successful candidate will be strategic in thinking, analytical in approach, and have a demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective communication, financial analyses, logical reasoning, and the creation of alternatives.

Our broader Amazon Ads Marketing Finance team works closely with Ads Marketing to analyze advertiser insights, validate financial return on investments and business growth initiatives, and drive controllership across the organization.
