• Understand Diab company organization and reporting structure.

• Responsible for all accounting affairs for the business of sales units in Asia Pacific.

• Ensure all transaction bookings enter into correct business unit and accurate accounts.

• Check and post GL manual entry to ensure the proper and accurate booking;

• Match vendor invoices and apply vendor payments in accounting system;

• Reconciliation of bank statement and Prepare AP reports;

• Coordinate with buyer & vendors on AP payment matters;

• Prepare and update cash flow forecast;

• Complete all kinds of internal and external financial report.

• coordinate internal and external audit;

• Assist with other ad hoc duties / projects.

• Evaluate new technology opportunities for continuous process improvement

• Excellent analytical and time management skills

• Communicate problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient manner.

Perform all functions with the highest level of integrity.

Position Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance ? Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position

• Excellent knowledge of foreign trade business and L/C.

• Strong self-study ability.

• Experience in ERP systems (Navision preferred)

• Proficiency in Excel

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

• Networking skills: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships in the plant and on a regional / global level

• Possesses strong passion, curiosity, initiative and work ethic

Strong positive influencing skills, ability to gain consensus from key stakeholders

Preferred:

• Previous knowledge and experience with Navision ERP system and FPM financial systems.

Previous experience working in a Foreign trade company or Financial Shared Services Center setting.
