Your Role and Responsibilities

As Financial Analyst you are responsible for general accounting which includes review of reconciliations, passing Journal Entries, and finalizing monthly accounts per COE Accounting guidelines, financial analysis and reporting.

Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, Accounts payable and receivable, Expense reimbursements, Billing, cost of sales and expenses.

Handling all tax (Direct and Indirect) related activities of the Branch and liaise with Tax Consultant, Auditor and Department of Inland Revenue.

Liaise with bank for treasury activities.

Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

CA/CIMA/ACCA full qualification

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

· Working knowledge of ERP environment preferred
· Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
· Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress
· Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publication

Eligibility Requirements

· Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar capacity.
· Experience in finalizing annual and monthly accounts, preparing reconciliations, Inter-company reconciliations and payments.
· Proven expertise in coordinating audits and manage customer expectations.
· Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews.
· Experience in direct and indirect taxation.
