Brief Description

This position is responsible for finance functions to support OFD cloud business.  This position will work closely with OFD Operations and other Finance teams to ensure OFD transactions are processed and recorded timely and accurately.

Detailed Description

Candidate will work on assignments related to functional areas which includes:

• Run reports and create future cloud deals in OFD Financial systems
• Upload pricing templates and complete deals setup
• Verify cloud order is still active in Oracle/Netsuite systems
• Search for invoices and perform reconciliation to OFD Contracts
• Update deal profiles by tracking payments and enter receipt details
• Learn to work on various systems – OFD, Oracle/Netsuite

Other Job duties may include:

• Research and respond to internal or external inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on deal issues
• Review OFD Contracts and Oracle Financial Systems to identify discrepancies and errors
• Perform deal analysis and handle status reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance/accounting
• With 2-3 years working experience in Audit firms or Finance/Accounting Operation; CPA is preferred
• Proficient English written and verbal communications skills
• Good inter-personal skills and team player
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to think analytically, problem solve and focus attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic finance concepts (such as discounting cash flows, net present value, internal rate of return, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and able to work independently
