Overview:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help us with frontend development in Infrastructure Authentication team at Oracle NetSuite in Brno. Being part of our team will give you an opportunity to have a direct and significant impact on login experience in Oracle NetSuite.

In this role, your focus will be on development of single page application(s) that handles authentication into Oracle NetSuite. In Oracle NetSuite world, you will be working among industry leading experts in Security, Reliability, Performance and Software Defined Datacenters.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Intimate, working understanding of modern web applications from database to user interface
• Proficient in JavaScript and Java (or similar OOP languages). Familiarity with JS frameworks like React, Angular a bonus.
• Experience with standard IT security concept like identity management and access management, data protection, encryption
• Proficient writing well-modularized, maintainable software, object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
• Experience with CI/CD - familiarity with TeamCity, BitBucket and the like
• Experience with version control systems like Git

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
