The role will require the developer to assist in the design and development of different modules through the project lifecycle using Oracle technologies. Also it will involve having a thorough understanding of the development lifecycle, including software design and development of web applications.

We are looking for a Front End Applications Developer to assist in the development of our applications. In this role, you will:
- Apply your knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and databases according to provided design specifications.
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
- Build a web UI with a focus on client-side development including responsive web design.
- Work closely with database development team and business owners to modernize an existing application and create new modules.

Qualifications:
- Experience with web technologies: HTML5, JSON, JavaScript, SASS/LESS/CSS
- Proficiency in TypeScript is required
- Preference for experience with Automation Tools (Grunt, Gulp or Webpack), package management tools (npm, yarn)
- Cross browser development experience is a plus
- Preferred experience with application and query performance issues and tuning
- Familiar with GIT version control
- Experience with micro-services architectures, distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Optional experience with eCommerce applications

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
