Your Role and Responsibilities

The Functional PPE Consultant is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. This position requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP financial functional areas especially AM or RE-FX modules.

Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience designing/configuring business processes in SAP AM to:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting of property items throughout their lifecycle including acquisition transfers and retirement.
  • Maintain and manage fixed asset expenditures against funding authorizations including the management and reporting of CPP authorizations/authority.
  • Execute periodic processing activities for monthly depreciation and mass changes to asset master records perform year end closing of asset accounting.
  • Transfer of assets within / between cost centers and perform and record the results of the physical inventory of fixed asset property items.
• Experience in SAP RE-FX for financial reporting of Real Property Inventory to the DoD Installation and Environment domain and requires tracking of all real property.
• Expertise with MM SD and FI to integrate functionality.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
