The Role

Based in Shanghai, this role will lead a team of over 20 staff to support a population of over 7,000 people across mainland China, HK, and Taiwan. This position is fully responsible for all HR-related works, making sure that country-level HR procedures and execution are consistent with regional and worldwide guidelines. You will be a strong Business Partner to the country business heads, playing an important role in supporting the business growth from an HR perspective.

The Individual

The successful candidate will have very solid experience leading HR operations in the China/Greater China area. You should have strong analytical capabilities and be able to use data to support HR and business decisions. A successful track record in leading teams and supporting a sizable business is important.
