Job Description
Work you'll do:
  • Assist in the manpower planning, staffing arrangement and administration of the professional staff
  • Assist the Group Partner and Group Administration Manager in planning and implementing various activities in relation to people development, staff scheduling and employee relations
  • Assist in reviewing the manpower situation and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain staff and other administrative records for reporting purposes
  • Assist in preparing financial, management and statistic reports
 
 
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience on team support. Prior experience in accounting or auditing profession is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadline
  • Proactive, self-starter, and result-oriented
  • Strong prioritizing skills, and flexibility in working style
  • Good team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent working knowledge in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
