Job Description

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Functioned as contact point for consultancy for Oracle ID employees, covering all HR-related matters, i.e. medical benefit and insurance, HCM system, BPJSTK, BPJS Health, income tax.
Participate in company-wide programs/projects and initiatives.
Responsible for Employee Engagement experiences \:
On-boarding arrangements – sending welcome email; work with the buddy to navigate during first days, going through the Oracle systems / tools with them etc.
Responsible in conducting the local induction session every month
Collaborate with Employee Club conducting Employee Engagement events
Off-boarding arrangements – exit clearance process
Responsible for daily HR administration matters \:
Monthly payroll input, i.e. ensuring that all required documents are submitted in a timely manner
Work with external consultant on RPTKA and expatriate documents/formalities, i.e. working permit and business visa applications
Ensure the submission of annual WLP & WLK report to Ministry of Employment on timely manner
Ensure the HR policies in Human Resource portal are up-to-date
Manage supplier registration for new vendors as per Oracle policy, liaise with P2P Team
Ensure and keep the employee’s personal files updated

 

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
