Job Description

Pre-Requisites\: 

 

Education\: Full time MBA/MHRM from Tier 1 Institutes (TISS/XLRI/XIMB/Symbiosis)

Experience\: 5 - 8 Years with a Minimum of 4 years in an HP role. Previous experience of an HR BP role in a Reputed & Professional Medium to Large Scale IT Organization would be given weightage.

Location\: Mumbai

 

Roles and Responsibilities\:-

 

1. HR Business Partner Role - Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs. An ability to understand business and people imperatives and translate that into HR value add through appropriate interventions and initiatives is critical in this role.

 

2. Join the HR team and manage employee development initiatives, policies, practices and procedures, employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values as well as participate in company-wide programs would be a part of this role.

 

3. Completes own role independently with the least supervision within defined policies and procedures. Candidate should have core knowledge in HR domain which can be groomed for further development. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.

 

4. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.

 

6. Should have experience in these areas – Induction, Performance Management, Handling of ER issues, HR Administration, Change Management, Soft Skill Content creation & training delivery, OD initiatives.

 

Knowledge of Tools\: Powerpoint, MS Excel, Knowledge of some HR Module of an ERP

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.!|!
