HR Lead for OFSS Chennai Region which houses 500+ employees belonging to multiple LOB’s. Provide Business Partnering HR support to employees end to end from on boarding to exit. This position will report to a Manager in Central office ( Bangalore).

 

Broad  Deliverables

1. On-boarding new joiners

2. Policy implementation

3. Change Management Approvals

4. Region Statutory requirement

5. Participate in location related common activities

6. Conducting HR Intervention programs

7. Implementing Org level HR Initiatives at the location

8. Manage Employee Relations and Engagement Programs

9. Handle - mobility, assignments, secondments, transfer, separation related processes.

10 Engage actively with the business leaders / managers  in the location.

11. PMS -  Orientation, appraisal tracking, Performance Enhancement Program, PIP, mid- year reviews.

Profile

1. 4 to 5 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience.

2. MBA / MHRM from tier 2 universities

3. One stint experience from large MNC's / Indian IT company 

4. Prefer a Chennai based person.

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
