Job Description
Key Role Purpose
The successful applicant will work as a key member of the Human Resources team and provide administration and operational support as well as manage a small client group.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all weekly administrative tasks are completed on time
- Assist with a range of visa applications including employer sponsored visas, global talent visas and permanent residency visas.
- Weekly reporting for the Human Resources Team and other stakeholders
- Manage all Record Maintenance (for the full employee lifecycle)
- Provide administration support to the Senior HR Director
- HR operational support
- Manage small client group in all aspects of HR
- Involvement with special projects
- Other Responsibilities as requested
Skill Set
Essential
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- 1-2 years’ experience of working in a team providing administration support
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- Self-starter who is capable of working autonomously.
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Literate with software (MS Office) and Social media (Linkedin)
- Strong attention to detail
Ideally you will have experience in the following:-
- Experience of working in a large Corporation
- Experience of working within a Human Resource department
- An understanding of the Australian visa process (although not a mandatory requirement as training will be provided)

Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
