The Human Resources Team of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for you to build on your business and program management skills, gain an end to end view of the HR organization, and work with multiple business & HR team members & stakeholders. This is your opportunity to be a core part of the people team that defines and delivers programs that have org-wide and company-wide impact. You will own, drive and scale people programs in a fast-paced startup-like environment with direct impact on the engineering culture of the organization. We are seeking a candidate with strong program management experience in building and scaling cross-org people & talent programsJob Responsibilities
We seek a seasoned candidate to run highly visible programs across the organization, that range from Early-in-Career, Culture, Values, Diversity & Inclusion and Manager Excellence. They key responsibilities include\:
· Conceptualizing overall strategy & vision for projects & programs owned
· Creating project plans with timelines and identifying risks & blockers for execution
· Providing regular status updates to HR & Business Leadership on progress made
· Aligning with and gaining sponsorship from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the project / program
· Providing rigorous management and analysis of overall program budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs budget, spend per participant, spend per program and historical trends etc.). Modeling the financial impact of new programs, design features, delivery approaches, etc. to enable sound, fiscally-minded decisions
· Planning and directing schedules for multiple projects running simultaneously
· Creating effective proposals to higher management for new employee initiatives and spend
· Stewarding change and being an effective ambassador for projects / programs owned
· Running standups and sprint planning exercises for multiple projects
· Building and maintaining consistent reporting across multiple projects
· Identifying inefficiencies and developing processes to address them
· Conceiving and driving pilot programs as needed
· Providing logistical support for multiple programs as neededQualifications
· 5 years experience running people programs within a high-growth, customer-focused global org
· Ability to combine systems-thinking with strong program & project management skills– able to see impact across related processes and systems, and implement globally and at scale
· Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to drive multiple streams of work simultaneously
· Agile and able to adapt quickly in response to business conditions, calm under pressure
· Demonstrated success working with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and results
· Strong team player with outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
· Deep knowledge of leading-edge program management tools and best practices
· Experience working successfully with geographically distributed teamsPreferred Qualifications
· Demonstrated leadership in University Recruiting, Early-in-Career programs, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development, or related field
· Experience developing presentations and training with the ability to comfortably facilitate presentations for large and small audiences, both in-person and virtually.
· End-to-end event management experience including but not limited to scoping, vendor management, presenter and attendee management, and post-event follow up.

Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
