The HR Consultant will be part of a team of 2 HR Consultants and will report to the HR Manager in Sweden. The role is based out of Oracle Sweden’s current head-office in Solna. This is a temporary employment during a maternity leave for approximately 12 months.
Main responsibilities\:
- Deliver a superior and professional HR support, communication and guidance in line with Oracle Global, Regional and local policies and procedures.
- Advice and support managers in areas of policies, processes and Swedish employment lawConsult with local and remote (foreign based) managers on people matters and all activities associated with their employees during employment – for example onboarding, transfers, promotions, sick-leave, and performance management.
- Consult with all levels of employees on HR related matters
- Support in the local implementation of HR projects, talent development, health & safety etc.
- Coordinate local HR activities with Oracle’s international HR Business Partners and HR expertise teams such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and HR Shared Services.
Profile\:
- University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years of experience in relevant position
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Positive person who enjoys working in a changing environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
