The Oracle Digital Cloud (ODPC) ANZ Organisation Development Lead is responsible for ODPC’s community culture and environment and will drive all activities arising around learning and development, sales enablement, reward and recognition, internal communication, employee satisfaction, performance measurement/awareness and best practices sharing within the organization.
This individual will collaborate closely with all members, stakeholders and sponsors of certain programs and projects to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's original objectives are met and that all members, stakeholders and sponsors of the initiative are delivering on their commitments.
The role reports to the JAPAC Organisational Development Director.
Responsibilities of the ANZ Oracle Digital Organisation Development Lead will include (but not limited to):
· Drive, in collaboration with stakeholders ongoing on-boarding and enablement program development and improvement as well as monitor and track effectiveness.
· Organise and deliver the Oracle Digital Onboarding Experience to new hires as well as any other training programs as required.
· Work to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of all training events by managing and coordinating the logistics, enrolment, calendars, systems, communications and vendor relationships (when required).
· Create, in collaboration with Oracle digital leadership team, metrics to measure the health of the OD hub communities and work on improvement plans.
· Own Oracle Digital Cloud’s community culture and generate innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
· Collect regular employee feedback and work with the leadership team to improve the employee experience.
· Work on both physical and virtual office environments to ensure employee psychological safety and a sense of belonging.
· Work with the leadership team to develop innovative rewards and recognition programs and execute Oracle Digitals Annual JAPAC Reward and Recognition program.
· Establish effective and innovative communication strategies, and lead the internal communication for the ANZ team.
· Support and lead projects across Asia Pacifc and Japan as required.
To be successful in this role:
· At least 5 years’ experience in a human resources, learning & development, training or sales enablement role.
· Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines in a timely fashion.
· Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
· Exceptional attention to detail, even in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment.
· Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
· Ability to work independently while also being able to work in cross-organisational and cross-cultural teams.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Superior knowledge & Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
