Scope of the Position

Contribute to the achievement of the company goals, by providing a proactive and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment, training, retention and motivation of quality talents.

Contribute to the admin services to improve the working conditions accordingly.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR related tasks in the company (Organization, HR Systems, Training, recruitment, C&B, and Employee Relations).

• Establish and refine HR policies and processes in line with the corporate policies and processes, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

• Support Organizational effectiveness and competitiveness across the company (identify critical skills, enhance people management and development)

• Ensure admin services with satisfied quality and in accordance with company culture

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8 years of experience in HR with 5+ years in management role.

• Dynamic, excellent communication and listening skill.

• Honest, reliable, good at multi-tasking.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
