The role: HR Project Coordinator Location: Belgrade, Serbia What part will you play? • Communicate local GBS H2R services, initiatives, and programs • Active participation in revision and update of GBS H2R procedures and services • Responsible for regular GBS H2R corporate and internal reports as well as its coordination within team • Timely and effective coordination, tracking and processing of inquiries, requests, and complaints of internal and external customers • Active participation in set up, analysis, and processing of GBS H2R projects (global and local), as well as procedures definition • Support and prepare analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identify improvement areas, and contribute to process update and optimization • Contribute and execute internal activities for quality improvement within team; support central defined targets and budget • Communication with different stakeholders, internal and external, to provide defined quality level of GBS services What you need to make real what matters? • University or College degree • At least 3 years of experience in similar role • Experience from an HR agency will be highly beneficial • HRIS knowledge and experience • Experience in project management within Payroll, T&E, HR Administration • PC literacy • Fluency in English • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills • Good project management skills • Intercultural sensitivity Want to know more about GBS?
