Human Resources Senior Manager – Oracle Hungary HR Leader  



Exciting opportunity to be a part of Oracle's ECEMEA Human Resources Organization arises in Hungary location.

POSITION OVERVIEW\:

As a Leader of Human Resources in Hungary, you will build trusted advisor relationships with all levels of management across different client groups (management, technical and non-technical employees); partner with numerous business units to apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence and credibility with management and employees. The HR Leader will assist Hungary branch and play an instrumental role with the development, implementation, administration and budgeting of global strategic HR initiatives and companywide programs in one or more of the following areas\: organizational development, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, trainings assessment and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

You will play an important role in leading the HR area as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the local leadership team.



RESPONSIBILITIES\:

·       Support the build out of a data driven HR organization that will support Hungary branch offices. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic HR and business objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.

·       Advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures.

·       Maintain a deep understanding of the business and Oracle work culture to provide vision, strategic HR leadership and high-level communication across the organization

·       Formulate and execute global organization-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, salary/bonus/stock reviews, employee engagement, retention, organizational change and development, performance management, and top talent and leadership development)

·       Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive leadership team by developing strong, proactive and collaborative working relationships

·       Act as the point contact for senior leadership to provide guidance on strategic HR initiatives

·       Utilize a data driven approach to identify key trends in the business and proactively provide solutions

·       Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental specifications.

·       Lead a team of HR professional/s by providing guidance on HR objectives, coaching and mentoring the staff and cooperate with & execute responsibilities for shared-service HR Operations teams.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE\:

·       7-10 years of professional experience as a memberof a progressive HR Team preferably at a high technology company

·       Successful track record as HR leader manager for at least 3-5 years.

·       Self-directed Human Resources leader with prior experience in a high-tech e.g. IT/Software/Engineering/Communications environment

·       Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.

·       Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.

·       Ability to work in faced paced environment on both strategic and tactical levels

·       Ability to build trust and credibility between Human Resources and the internal client groups and executives/leadership

·       Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships quickly

·       Business acumen skills are essential for success

·       Strong team collaboration and people-management skills

·       Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company and lead presentations to executive leadership

·       Provide subject matter expertise in Hungary employment/labor laws and regulations

·       Strong analytical and decision making skills

·       Polished verbal and written communication skills; and, effective problem solving ability

·       Self-directed and possess the ability to quickly learn and use internal systems and tools

·       Ability to execute on business strategy within a global matrix HR organization

·       Business proficiency in both Hungarian and English languages

Advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental specifications.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. Successful track record as a generalist and manager. BA/BS degree.
