Job Description

SUMMARY

  • Achieve Vietnam, Cambodia AMD Sales and P&L plans by managing Abbott local Sales Executives and Distributor’s dedicated commercial teams and activities.

  • Represent Abbott AMD towards local customers and key stakeholders.

  • Drive New Business Development (NBD) activities to ensure Abbott AMD long term business expansion in Vietnam, Cambodia.

  • Manage AMD business execution through assigned distributors in Vietnam, Cambodia including RA, QA, PV, Logistic, Finance, Marketing, Sales, NBD, and all related matters where assigned by manager & company.

  • Monthly monitor A&P and team costs according to plan between distributor & Abbott AMD

  • Develop Distributors networks in Vietnam, Cambodia.

  • Develop and manage relationship with MoH, national policy/guideline makers, key opinion leaders, reference labs, key accounts, NGO, funding agencies.   

  • Strictly align with Abbott OEC system plus design and implement activities in Vietnam, Cambodia with full compliance with Abbott Code of Business Conduct (CoBC).

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 10 years + experience in healthcare business including in MNCs. Experience in AMD business would be advantageous.

  • Significant team management experiences, significant marketing, sales P&L achievements.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Energetic & strive in a highly result-oriented environment.

  • Great leader & player with strong communication, facilitation & interpersonal skills with team.

  • Loyal & ambitious, willing to develop in Abbott as a future country manager.

  • Computer skill: Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Speak and write fluent English.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Scientific educational background (preferable Molecular Biology and/or Oncology related)

  • Graduate level: Bachelor’s Degree (preferable Master Degree or PhD Degree).
