Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Manage the strategic and cross functional projects at country level of Siemens China by forming the multi-functional project team to support the company strategy.
  • Bring valuable solutions to support internal business requirements.
  • Execute the special projects / tasks assigned by Siemens China CFO.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence throughout the organization in order to deliver the expected results.
  • Outstanding project management capability.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capability.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken.
  • IT background regarding system development / management is preferred.
  • Experience in management consulting business is preferred.
  • International working experience is preferred.
  • Have proven leadership skills in managing a project driven team is preferred.
