Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
- Manage the strategic and cross functional projects at country level of Siemens China by forming the multi-functional project team to support the company strategy.
- Bring valuable solutions to support internal business requirements.
- Execute the special projects / tasks assigned by Siemens China CFO.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence throughout the organization in order to deliver the expected results.
- Outstanding project management capability.
- Outstanding problem-solving capability.
- Analytical thinking.
- Fluent English in written and spoken.
- IT background regarding system development / management is preferred.
- Experience in management consulting business is preferred.
- International working experience is preferred.
- Have proven leadership skills in managing a project driven team is preferred.
